CHAPEAU is literally translated as ‘hat’, but it means far more. Used to indicate respect for a fellow cyclist’s monumental endeavours, Chapeau! This is 6DN's tipping of the cap to Duvel’s Triple Hop. CHAPEAU was dry hopped with Citra to provide a fruity yet refined flavour whilst the earthy spiciness of the Saaz and Styrian Goldings contribute to a long, bittersweet finish. Effervescent notes of honeydew melon in the aroma and a robust mouthfeel blends with a lime zestiness on the palate.
