Hollyrood by Stewart Brewing
Taking the best from the light refreshing biers of the continent, especially the kolsch style, this balanced golden ale is a favourite across Scotland. Edinburgh Gold pours deep gold with one finger of white head. On the nose is a blend noble hops and a little caramel sweetness. The taste is medium to light bodied with continental hops and moderate bitterness providing a pleasing smooth finish.
Forrest Gump : "You can barbacue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it... there's shrimp kebabs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo... the list goes on for days. This beer is an excellent pairing for seafood, especially spicy shrimp - however you like to prepare them.
