Beer Box #17October 2021
Autumn is here! This month's beer box features a few favourite styles, and we have a handful of seasonal beers available in the Birks. Our Scottish beer this month is Ragnorak, an American IPA from Fyne Ales. We also have an assortment of other Fyne Ales beers in stock at the cinema. Next up in the beer box are 2 beers from Mad Squirrel, based in the Chiltern Hills. Big Sea is a West Coast IPA, and $UMO is a Pale Ale made with 2 heavyweight hops - Mosiac and Simcoe. And finally, 2 beers from Abbeydale - Independence, a dry-hopped single-hop Pale Ale, and Heresy, a sessionable lager made with Noble hops and low bitterness.
Also in stock at the Birks Cinema this month are a variety of other beers from Mad Squirrel, North Brewing, Fyne Ales, Abbeydale, and more, including seasonal styles like a Porter, Stout, Dobbel bock and others.
