Several beers from 2 of our most well-received breweries this month - Fyne Ales and Brass Castle Brewery.
From Brass Castle, out of Malton, England (just south of the North York Moors National Park) we have 3 beers - 2 hop showcases made with a single hop, and a kettle sour. Amarillo Crush and Idaho 7 Crush are both double dry-hopped beers to showcase their namesake hop. Muddle is a Mojito-inspired kettle sour perfect for sipping on the shores of Loch Tay on a warm day.
From Scotland's Fyne Ales we have 2 beers. Dreamworld is a new beer for 2022, an unfiltered West Coast Session IPA brewed with Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Chinook and a touch of Mosaic hops. And Fyne Lager is a hybrid - with the classic crispness of the old lagers and a bit of modern fruity hop flavours.

West Coast Session IPA Pouring with a slight haze, Dreamworld offers aromas of juicy citrus are followed by clementine and apricot flavours and a wash of gentle pine before a long finish with balanced bitterness. Fyne Ales first new cans of 2022 is an unfiltered West Coast Session IPA brewed with Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Chinook and a touch of Mosaic hops. Unfiltered, vegan friendly.
