Beer Box #25June 2022
The June Beer Box is here and ready for pick-up at the Birks Cinema during any open hours (closed on Tuesday and Wednesday currently). Five beers from 3 breweries in the box this month, with several additional beers available in the fridge at the cinema.
This month we also celebrate 2 years of the Birks Cinema Beer Club! Thank You for being a subscriber and supporting the Birks Cinema!
First up in the Beer Box is the Amber Rye from Wasted Degrees (Blair Atholl). Made with Mandarina Bavaria and Cashmere hops expect a combo of maltiness and sweetness.
Next up are 2 beers from Canopy Beer Co (London). Run Wild XPA is a solo hop Extra Pale Ale with Simcoe. Brewed in collaboration with Citizen Zoo (with 10% of proceeds going to support them), a re-wilding charity who run projects to re-introduce animals to their natural habitats. And Paceline is a refreshing Lime & Salt Lager - so save this one for when the warmth and sun returns to Aberfeldy.
And finally 2 beers from Glen Affric (Birkenhead). Forres Haze is a hazy, juicy New England IPA coming in at 6.5% ABV. And Brighter Daze Ahead is a hazy Pale Ale hopped with Sabro Incognito and Citra Cryo

A regrew of our collab with Simon from the Real Ale Craft Beer Youtube Channel. A hazy, juicy beer brewed with extra pale malt, torrified wheat, and flaked oats for added body. Hopped with Sabro Incognito and Citra Cryo, for a pronounced hit of peach, coconut, lychee and passion fruit.
